Founder & Director
Our founder and director, P. Ganbat, cut his teeth as a chef in the United States, honing his skills at the renowned “Matsuhisa” restaurant in Aspen, Colorado, under the tutelage of the legendary Nobu Matsuhisa. The flavors, techniques, and artistry he absorbed during those formative years laid the foundation for BlueFin's culinary philosophy.

With two decades of passion and expertise, Saruultugs is your gateway to authentic Mongolian adventures. Born under the endless blue skies of the steppe, he has curated experiences beyond the tourist brochure. From sunrise to sunset in Mongolia, he has been explored the vast steppe of Mongolia organizing a tours in 4000m high mountain ranges to famous Gobi desert of Mongolia.
